Team

Kevin Saade

Founder & Managing Director

Kevin brings a background in tech investment banking, venture capital, and private equity, specializing in AI, fintech, health tech, and SaaS investments. With experience evaluating over 500 startups, he has led investments in companies such as G-Space and Axis Clinical, and served as a board member at G-Space.

He has worked on capital raises, M&A transactions, and growth investments for startups and technology companies across the U.S., and Europe, advising both founders and investors at various stages of growth. Kevin previously worked at Nodes Advisors, a tech-focused investment bank, and has advised on financings and exits in venture-backed markets.

Kevin holds an engineering degree from McGill University and completed coursework for a Master in Finance at ESCP Business School, combining technical expertise with financial strategy.

Brian S.

Investment Associate

Brian brings a background in investment banking, specializing in tech and tech-enabled investments. He has experience vetting over 200 startups and executing M&A and capital raise transactions across Europe and the Middle East.

Brian has worked on pitching, structuring, and executing deals for technology and growth-stage companies. He previously worked as an Analyst at a tech-focused investment bank and held roles in finance and real estate investment, including experience at Arab Finance Corporation and Medistar Corporation.

Brian holds a Master in Finance from IE Business School and a Bachelor in Management from ESCP Business School. His international background spans six countries, equipping him with a global perspective on tech and private markets.

Tiffany S.

Head of AI

Tiffany is a Master’s candidate in Cyber Policy and Security at Stanford University, specializing in AI, cybersecurity, and international policy. She is an Adjunct Fellow at the Institute for Security and Technology, a Defense Innovation Scholar at Stanford’s Gordian Knot Center, and currently serves as an AI and Security Advisor to Lebanon’s Ministry of Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence. She is also an Associate at the Oxford Programme on Cyber and Emerging Technologies.

Tiffany’s work spans AI governance, data privacy, and generative AI threats, with briefings delivered to stakeholders including the U.S. Air Force, NATO, and the UK Ministry of Defence. She is a founding member of the Stanford AI Policy Case Competition, co-leads an IEEE initiative on AI safety for children, and serves as Vice Curator of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers

Sephi Shapira

Platform Advisor

Sephi is a serial founder and investor who has raised $100M+, exited three companies, and helped 100+ founders worldwide raise over $1.2B. He built FundablePitch.com, FundableMasterclass.com, and FundableBook.com to help founders win investors on their terms.

Previously, he founded MassiveImpact (acquired by Singtel), Interchan (acquired by Edimax), and Escapex (IP licensed to Apple). His work has appeared in TechCrunch, Forbes, and The New York Times, and he holds 10+ patents.

Madhulika Annam

Spacetech Advisor

With over a decade of experience at the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Madhulika has developed deep expertise in spacecraft operations, focusing on cost-effective strategies and process optimization to improve mission efficiency. Her contributions have been pivotal in extending the mission life of low Earth-orbiting satellites and in supporting the successful Chandrayaan-3 moon landing.

She has also managed a ground station facility at the Bharathi Research Base in Antarctica, showcasing her ability to perform in high-stakes, remote environments. Certified as a polar woman by the National Center for Polar and Ocean Research (NCPOR), she brings unique resilience and leadership to complex operational settings.
